Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the NoteTrail iOS application, made by OB Data LLC ("we"). By using NoteTrail you agree to them, alongside Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use NoteTrail on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms. The app, its artwork, sounds, and generated exercises remain ours.
Subscriptions
- NoteTrail Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year after a 7-day free trial, prices may vary by region).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in App Store → Subscriptions. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
Fair expectations
- NoteTrail is a practice tool for music education. We make no guarantees about your rate of progress or performance outcomes.
- The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, OB Data LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
